We’re pleased to welcome Dr Rob Rowlands, known as the Curator of Curiosity, as a DASH collaborator.
Rob is a research coach and consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations use evidence to make better decisions. His work spans housing, regeneration and public services, supporting boards and executive teams to uncover insights hidden in data, feedback and lived experience — and translate them into practical action.
Rather than leading with tools or technology, Rob focuses on asking better questions. He works collaboratively with leaders to challenge assumptions, interpret evidence in context, and connect insight to real-world outcomes. This approach aligns strongly with DASH’s focus on clarity, governance and confidence in decision-making.
As housing organisations explore AI and data-driven approaches, Rob’s expertise complements DASH’s mission to deliver board-ready AI and tenant-first outcomes. Strong governance and responsible AI adoption depend not just on systems, but on how evidence is understood, tested and used. Rob brings a thoughtful, critical lens that helps reduce risk and strengthen assurance at both board and executive level.
Rob’s work spans research design, facilitation and strategy, always with a focus on turning complexity into clarity. His collaborative, evidence-led approach adds depth to DASH’s work supporting housing leaders to adopt AI safely, responsibly and with purpose.
We’re delighted to welcome Rob to the DASH collaborator network.
