DASH is a not-for-profit initiative supporting housing boards, executives and sector leaders to use artificial intelligence safely, responsibly and effectively.

2. Purpose of the website

This website provides general information, sector insights, templates, case studies and AI governance resources. Content is for guidance only and is not professional advice.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, technical or professional advice. You should seek appropriate advice before making decisions. Using this website does not create any advisory or client relationship.

3.1 User Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and relevance of all information provided on this website before using it. You must not rely solely on DASH materials or AI-generated content when making decisions that affect governance, compliance, regulatory obligations, risk management, resident services or financial matters.

You must not:

Partner case studies remain the intellectual property of their originating organisations.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites or tools. Use of such services is at your own risk.

8. AI-generated content (“Ask DASH”)

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute advice. You must verify information independently.

8.1 Prohibited Use of AI Outputs

You must not:

• input sensitive personal data, confidential organisational information or resident data into the Ask DASH assistant or interactive features;
• use AI-generated content as the sole basis for governance, compliance or operational decisions;
• incorporate AI outputs directly into formal documents such as board papers or policies without review;
• present AI outputs as official DASH guidance.

9. Accuracy and availability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
