DASH founder Peter Lunio has been announced as a judge for the 2026 Housing Digital Innovation Awards, recognising excellence in digital transformation across the UK housing sector.
Now entering its sixth year, the awards celebrate the people and projects driving better outcomes for residents through technology, data, and innovation.
Reflecting on last year’s entries, Peter highlighted how far the sector has progressed in using AI and data responsibly:
“Last year’s submissions showed innovation rooted in purpose, not just technology. Together Housing used predictive analytics to identify tenancy risks early — helping residents stay in their homes — while North Star’s AI-driven compliance checks improved communication and raised tenant satisfaction. Those examples captured what innovation in housing should be about: explainable, ethical, and focused on real outcomes for residents.”
The 2026 awards are already attracting a record number of entries, showcasing a maturing sector that is learning to pair digital progress with good governance and social value.
Entries close on 7 November 2025, and winners will be announced early next year.
